John's Philosophy
As we all go though life, it is not uncommon to desire to be more than we are. We have all spoken to people who have retired and/or are in their golden years, and inevitably we hear expressions from them not about what they did accomplish in their lives, but what they didn’t accomplish in their lives. I come to you with this thought, because 25 years ago, I too wanted to be something that I wasn’t. I too wanted to make an income that would enable my wife to stay at home. I too wanted to provide a lifestyle for my children that I did not have growing up. Fortunately, I had the wisdom and strength to make a decision in my life to change. I purchased a $10.00 book entitled “How to Awaken the Financial Genius Inside You” by Mark Haroldson. Believe it or not, I didn’t have $10.00 in my checking account to even purchase the book. That decision changed my life, and now I have bought and sold over 5000 properties, borrowed and paid back millions of dollars in private investor money, and have gone about impacting other wanna-be investors to make the decision in their lives to make the change that will hopefully alter their lives, like my decision 25 years ago. My philosophy is if you are at a place in your life, and it’s not where you want to be, please don’t end up in your golden years looking back with regret that you didn’t make a decision to change your life at that time. I am proud to say that I have assisted hundreds, if not thousands, of real estate investors in making the decision to take their career to the next level, and I am confident I will help you do the same.
